If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the delivery date. All merchandise returns must be undamaged, and still have the original condition. We are happy to issue you a refund in your original form of payment.
Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. ThatDutchGirl does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
ThatDutchGirl reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history involving altered, damaged, or missing items; or, Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, ThatDutchGirl reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-ThatDutchGirl items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In the situation, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all customers across the globe.
To process a return, please follow these simple steps: Provide us with the proof of video or photo, and complete a returns request form.
Depending on the shipping method selected, your return may take several days to reach us. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center.
Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the item they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail.
We currently do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within two days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.
As a ecommerce business, our prices change in response to current stock on hand, demand from our customers, and various promotions. This being the case, we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
